As the boys go through Boys Brigade they work towards a series of awards. The highest of these is the Queen's Badge. To achieve this badge requires a combination of skills and achievements including community service and practical leadership within the company. Several other badges must also be gained as prerequisites for the Queen's Badge. These are achieved during the boys whole time at Company Section.
